Hi!
I'm Ushas, the human behind Umya.
In 2014 I taught myself to create jewelry in silver, and it quickly became my full time activity.
I am belgian, and since 2023 I settled in the North of Spain in Asturias.
I create my jewels from my workspace in my home, which is in the outside of a small village of Asturias. I live surrounded by my animals and my big garden, which are endless sources of love, joy and inspiration.
"I like to see every piece of jewelry like a companion for their human. Maybe giving them strength, reminding them of caring intentions for themselves. Maybe filled with love and tender thoughts from the human who gifted it to them. Or from yourself, to yourself. I believe every jewelry beholds its own special energy, that becomes available for their human to enjoy."

Nearly with each new release, One-Of-A-Kind jewelry are being added in the shop. Those often feature beautiful stones, and details such as hidden vegetal imprints or vegetal out-cuts, or even "captured" plants, visible through the transparency of the stone.
To me, these cary something a little extra special : they were created in a spark of unique inspiration.
I like to believe they were made for someone specific, and are waiting for their human to find them :)
They tend to get adopted fast at the moment of the launch, so I recommend you subscribe to the newsletter to make sure you don't miss them.
These are ready-to-ship, usually in 1-2 working days after you place your order.

How it works :

- in case of ring/bracelet : state your size
- place your order
Your jewel will be made to order within 2-4 weeks and then shipped out to you.
I know it can be hard to find a ring in the right size, and am excited to be able to solve this problem this way!

New collections
are released once or twice a month.
Those are usually composed of small series of unique jewels :
often with stones, real plant imprints, and sometimes with a touch of solid gold.
Sometimes, new selections of stones are offered for the Choose Your Stone designs.
The releases tend to receive a lof of love right at the moment of the launch! So if you don't want to miss it, the best way is to sign up to the newsletter. This way you'll hear about it in advance :)
